Kama sio sasa, ni sasa hivi… Support talent and you’ll live appreciating a legacy just like what Musa does through Wahenga Wenyeji Band. The band was started by Musa himself, his son Chris became the harmonica player and rap vocalist while his daughter Esther the guitarist and vocalist as well.
The three talented stars had a great show at the Nairobi Railways today(11th Feb,2020) and whoever attended will tell you that talent is the first passion parents should support in their kids. The performance involved both rhumba, reggae, hip hop rap among other tunes. Through the Tripple SMS, Tambua Magazine got a chance to speak to the band founder/leader – Musa and he passionately had this to say, ‘Supporting a kid’s talent makes it easy for a parent to raise and associate with his/her children. Kunyima watoi time ya kuenjoy talent yao ni kitu mbaya sana and it will not work in this generation.’
A word from Tambua Magazine to the mentors in this generation is that we just need to be real and honestly support this young stars, they are the future.
